Adenoma Can Grow in Many Organs

Adenoma is a benign tumor from the gland. Adenoma may grow of many organs including the colon, adrenal glands, pituitary gland, thyroid, etc. Although this growth is benign, from time to time they can develop into a vicious (adenocarsinoma). Even while benign, they have the potential to cause serious health complications with compacting of other structures and by producing large amounts of hormones in a regulated non-feedback-dependent (paraneoplastic syndrome). Adenoma can be anywhere e.g. in:
Kidney
This is a tumor most often small and without symptoms, and comes from the tubules of the kidney. This may be a precursor lesion to renal carcinoma.
Adrenal
Adrenal adenoma is common, and often found in the stomach, usually not as the focus of the investigation, they are usually incidental findings. About one in 10,000 is malignant. So, a biopsy is rarely called for, especially if the lesion is homogeneous and smaller than 3 cm. follow-up of images in three to six months can confirm the stability of growth.
While some adrenal adenoma issued hormones not at all, often some cortisol release, causing Cushing's syndrome, also causing the syndrome Conn, or androgens cause hiperandrogenisme.
The large intestine
Adenomas of the large intestine are quite prevalent. They are found commonly at colonoscopy. They were expelled because of their tendency to become malignant and cause colon cancer.
Glands of hyacinth
About one out of 10 people found to have solitary thyroid nodules. Investigation is needed because a small percentage of this ferocious. Biopsy usually confirms the growth is adenoma, but, sometimes, excision at surgery was necessary, especially when the cells are found in the biopsy is type follicular.
Gland in the brain
Pituitary adenoma is typically seen in 10% of neurological patients. Many of them remain undiagnosed. Treatment is usually surgery, patients generally respond well. The most common subtype, prolactinoma, is seen more often in women, and frequently diagnosed during pregnancy as the hormone progesterone increases its growth. Medical Therapy bromocriptine generally suppresses Prolactinoma; progesterone antagonist therapy has not proved successful.
Heart
Hepatocellular adenoma, liver adenoma is benign tumors are rarely the heart, which can present with hepatomegally or other symptoms.
The Breast
Adenoma of breast fibroadenoma is called. They are often very small and difficult to detect. Often no symptoms. Treatment may include biopsy needles, and/or deletion.
Attachment
Adenoma may also appear in the Appendix. This condition is very rare, and most doctors will never find an actual case, but they happen. The most common version is called Cyst adenoma. They are usually found in the process of examination network following appendectomy. When an appendix bursts and the tumor is present, this presents a challenge, especially if malignant cells have formed and thus spread to the abdomen.
Bronchial Passages
An adenoma bronchial passage is adenoma in the respiratory tract. Can cause the syndrome karsinoid, type of paraneoplastic syndrome.

Carsinoma of The Liver

The cancer of the liver is also known as primary or metastasis liver cancer is a relatively rare form of cancer in the Western world (1% of all cancers), but much more common in Africa and in parts of Asia (10% to 50% of all Cancer). It is much more common in men and the incidence increases with age. The cancer of the liver is rapidly fatal, usually within 6 months of the gastro-intestinal bleeding, liver failure or metastases.

Types of cancer in direct
Most primary tumors of the liver are known under the name hépatomes (primary and hepatozellulärem cancer less than cancer cells). Some primary schools cancer of the liver are the bile ducts and these are known under the name cholangiomas. Some rare cancer of the liver cells and contain Chuffer hepatoblastomas sarcoma (which is almost exclusively in children and are usually curable and considerable). Métastatique, cancer of the liver is 20 times more frequently than primitive cancer of the liver and cirrhosis, it is the first form of liver death.

Signs and symptoms
The cause cancer of the liver, not the symptoms normally until it is at an advanced stage.
The clinical effects of advanced cancer of the liver include:
1st The mass in the right upper part.
2nd Offers, nodular on the palpation of the liver
3rd The pain in the upper-right corner
4th Weight loss, loss of appetite, weakness, fever
5th Exclusive series jaundice or asides (fluid in the abdomen)

CAUSATION
The exact cause of liver cancer in adults is unknown in children, but it will be May a genetic disease. Carcinomas the liver May adults as a result of environmental exposure to carcinogens such as mold, contrast (no longer in operation), the androgens and estrogens, oral, hepatitis B or damage to the liver due to cirrhosis, caused by too much imbibing of alcohol.

DIAGNOSIS
The cancer of the liver is difficult to diagnose in the presence of liver cirrhosis, but several attempts can help to identify the combination of a study of imaging (ultrasound, CT or MRI) and a high blood-alpha fetoprotein the effectiveness of cancer diagnosis Liver, electrolyte studies show May at retention of sodium, a biopsy of the liver, a final diagnosis.

TREATMENT
The treatments for cancer of the liver are primitive by the measure (state) of illness, age, general health, the feelings and personal preferences. The surgery is the most effective treatment for cancer of the liver primitive, but that is not always possible because of the size or the location of the tumor. Radio-frequency ablation with an option for people with small tumors and non-hepatocellular for certain types of metastasis breast cancer in the liver. During this procedure, the hepatic artery (the artery of cancer of the liver, from their supply of blood) is safe, and the chemotherapy drugs are injected between the slope and the liver. CRYOABLATION May, an option for the use of people from primary school with metastasis breast cancer and liver. The deletion of the entire liver and replace a liver with another person is another form of cancer treatment for primary liver cancer.

Even if the treatment is not too much in improving the cancer of the liver itself, the pain and other signs and symptoms caused by the cancer of the liver can be treated, energetically to improve the quality of life. In general, the treatments intended for children as for adults, and the best approach depends on the date and type of cancer and the age of the child and general health.

Hepatocellular Carsinoma (Liver Cancer)

The liver is an important organ in our body. Liver useful to filter toxins that enter the body.
Your heart weight ranged from 1.5 kilograms, the liver is the largest organ in your body. The liver is the busiest organ in your body, tasked with various functions. Located in the abdomen liver protected right to ribs.

Liver cancer occurs when liver cells proliferate rapidly. These cells attack healthy organs in the same location or in the vicinity. Cancer cells rapidly spread beyond the location and form new tumors, which is currently known as metastasis.
In cancer statistics said that Southeast Asia and Africa was ranked the highest in this liver cancer.
In Western countries, liver cancer is rare. Men are more often exposed to liver cancer than women.

Usually the cause of liver cancer are chronic hepatitis (primarily type B and C) use of alcohol that causes liver injury and liver shrinkage. That is why we often have blood test to determine liver cirrhosis as early as possible for liver cancer can be overcome and no longer the deadly disease. People affected by liver cancer can be transmitted to subsequent generations. Be careful to take care of her family, saliva liver cancer can be contagious. Get used to wear masks or protective enough. Separate eating utensils and bathroom to anticipate the transmission of this disease.

There are two types of liver cancer, primary and secondary.
Primary liver cancer (can be interpreted as a tumor), tumor starts from the heart. Hepatocellular cancer (HCC abbreviated) is the most common form of primary liver cancer. HCC derived from hepatocytes. They include cholangiocarcinoma, a cancer that arises from bile ducts in the liver and hepatoblastoma, which occurs in children, and gallbladder cancer.
Secondary liver cancer means the cancer started elsewhere and spread (metastasised) to the liver. In secondary liver cancer, patients do not have a "liver cancer" technically. Patients with metastases to the liver actually experiencing them.
